The Roncalli Fair is a fantastic community event and a major听fundraiser for the PTA each year.听The Fair would not be possible without the continued support of听the students, whanau and staff.

Please consider this your personal invitation to get involved 鈥撎齳our contribution is much needed and greatly appreciated.

How might you help?

Volunteer your time - we need your support both before, during and听after the event. Every hour you can help will make a difference, the PTA听is just a small group of keen parents and we really appreciate every听minute you can spare to help.

Bake -听Bake a cake (or two), make biscuits, loaves or sweets - Homemade cakes, baking and sweets (especially fudge -听Russian and chocolate, coconut ice and toffee apples) are听gratefully accepted (recipes will be emailed to you). However if you听are short on time to bake, cash donations for the purchase听of ingredients for volunteers to make goodies are听appreciated, and can be dropped off at the College Office听marked PTA Fair Baking.听

Donate - Donate ingredients for baking, prizes (including grocery items) for our raffle听table, books, plants, clean clothing (no underwear please), toys and items for the听Silent Auction and White Elephant, bottles for the bottle auction. Please leave your items beside the container in the Gymnasium carpark off Craigie Avenue from听Monday 9 October (please do not drop items to the College before this date and no electrical goods please).

An email will be sent to all families with links to google forms to indicate the help you can provide - there will also be a hard copy sheet to complete if that is easier.听
