Senior Conferencing Thursday 1 May 2025

We wish to invite you to Senior Conferencing on Thursday 1 May.

Students will be released from regular classes at lunchtime. Conferencing is between 1.30pm - 6.00pm. Senior students are expected to attend conferences with their caregiver(s). Junior students should be completing any set work at home. If you require your junior student to remain at school until 3.20pm, please advise the College office. Buses will run as normal.

Conferencing is the formal opportunity for both you and your student to receive detailed feedback and feed forward on academic progress and the next steps to improve learning outcomes. Conferencing works best when all three parties, the student, parents/ caregivers and teacher are present. If due to unforeseen or exceptional circumstances a parent/ caregiver is unable to attend conferencing, we ask that another significant adult in your student’s life attend with them as it is critical that your student has the opportunity to be part of this formal reporting event.

Term 1 Attitude to Learning progress reports have been completed for your student. An email has been sent with a copy. They will also be available through the portal.

You are encouraged to meet with as many of your student’s teachers as possible. Most subject teachers will be available between 1.30am-6.00pm. Interviews are for 5 minutes duration only. If you require more time for an interview, please arrange an alternative time to meet the teacher concerned.

Booking Your Conferencing times
- Please log on to  and follow the instructions.

- At the conclusion of booking interviews, your interview timetable will be emailed to you. You are able to return to the site and change your interview times if necessary.
- Please ring the College Office if you have any questions or do not have access to the internet as office staff are able to make appointments for you.

Please make the time to discuss with your student how they think they are going in each class prior to conferencing.
